Student Policy
Our policies are designed to create a fair, organized, and enjoyable learning experience for every student and family.
By enrolling in QuranSwift Academy, you agree to the policies below.
1. Attendance
Punctuality and attendance rules for smooth sessions.
Students should join their lesson at the scheduled time.
Students may join up to half of the lesson duration. After that, the lesson is considered missed.
If the student is absent, the teacher will send one reminder during the first quarter of the lesson.
If the student still does not attend, the teacher will remain until half of the lesson time before ending the session.
The lesson will be considered completed and cannot be made up.
Students arriving late receive only the remaining lesson time. If the teacher arrives late, the student will always receive the full lesson duration.

2. Rescheduling
Flexibility depends on your selected subscription plan.

Requirements
- ✓ Requests must be submitted through the Student Portal or WhatsApp.
- ✓ Requests must be sent at least 3 hours before the scheduled lesson.
- ✓ Rescheduled lessons must be completed within the same billing cycle.
- ✓ Any unused rescheduling credits will expire at the end of the cycle.
- ✓ Late requests cannot be guaranteed.
3. Cancellation Policy

* If students exceed their cancellation allowance, additional cancelled lessons are considered used and are not eligible for credits or refunds.

5. 100% Money-Back Guarantee
Risk-Free Trial Period
QuranSwift offers a 100% money-back guarantee if the student requests cancellation within the first week of enrollment.
After the first week, or after continuing the course beyond the guarantee period, payments become non-refundable.
6. Teacher Gifts
Expressing gratitude to your tutors.
Students and families may voluntarily send monetary gifts to teachers during special occasions.
Payments should be made through the academy payment method while mentioning:
- Teacher's name
- Reason for the gift
